Metavision Institute is dedicated to evolving consciousness through holistic education.
Rooted in depth, presence, and integrative practice, we nurture practitioners who honour the full complexity of the human experience — mind, body, soul, and spirit — in service of individual and collective healing.
At Metavision, we are committed to evolving human consciousness through holistic education.
We believe true learning is transformational – not just intellectual, but emotional, spiritual, and embodied. Our programs integrate mind, body, soul, and spirit to support the unfolding of each student’s inner wisdom and professional path.
Rooted in depth psychology, process-oriented theory, and ancient wisdom traditions, the Metavision approach honours the complexity of the human experience. We teach students to see through a holistic lens – one that cultivates presence, compassion, and deep respect for the interconnectedness of all life.
Our purpose is to support the growth of practitioners who can hold space for healing, insight, and meaningful change – in themselves, in others, and in the world.
Metavision was founded in response to the growing need for a more integrated approach to healing – one that addresses the deep fragmentation so many experience in modern life.
At the heart of our philosophy is the view that the universe is sacred and interconnected.
When we see the human being as part of a larger whole – body, soul, and spirit woven into the fabric of life — we begin to restore meaning, connection, and a sense of belonging.
Our unique model has evolved from decades of practice and inquiry in holistic health, depth psychology, and eco-spirituality. Inspired by ancient wisdom and emerging science, it offers a path for those called to work at the intersection of healing, consciousness, and human potential.
We are continuing to evolve – forging new pathways for a world in need of care, consciousness, and connection.
We see the human being as more than a set of symptoms - and healing as more than fixing. Our model integrates mind, body, soul, and spirit to support real transformation.

Founded by Christina Nielsen in 2004, Metavision Institute began with just nine students in Bowral, inspired by Christina’s four decades of clinical practice and study in psychotherapy, social work, acupuncture, and anthroposophy.
Blending the philosophies of Rudolf Steiner and Arnold Mindell, Metavision has grown into a nationally recognised institute, known for its pioneering approach to holistic counselling and psychotherapy education.
Now entering a new chapter of custodianship, the Institute continues to build on Christina’s enduring vision and legacy.
