Fiona Campbell

Fiona Campbell is a dynamic and experienced academic with 25+ years teaching Anthroposophical Studies, research skills, visual communication and educational management at tertiary and vocational training levels. A skilled public speaker, she specialises in designing and facilitating innovative learning experiences using her expertise in creative thinking, academic scholarship and Goethean Inquiry.
Fiona is also a professional artist and arts educator. Examples of her work can be viewed here (www.paintedspace.wordpress.com). Trained also in art therapy, disability and palliative care, she has a special sensitivity to the effects of colour, light and mood on the human being in the spatial environment: the name of her professional practice, Painted Space, reflects this. She frequently runs art and arts education programs through Painted Space that combine visual arts with contemplative practices and Goethean Inquiry.
Fiona’s interests and research spans several fields: visual arts, historical cultures, creative cognition, adult education, consciousness studies, phenomenology and philosophy. She joined Metavision Institute in 2020 to teach anthroposophical studies.
