Our teaching team includes highly qualified academics and experienced practitioners with contemporary knowledge, relevant qualifications, and a capacity to foster intellectual inquiry and meaningful learning outcomes. Practitioners and educators-in-training who teach specialised components are carefully guided and overseen by fully qualified staff, ensuring a consistently high standard of education.

Logan Sole, CEO

Logan Sole is the visionary CEO and Executive Director of Metavision, a leading institution in holistic higher education. With a strong foundation in business and a deep commitment to human wellbeing, Logan brings a rare blend of strategic insight and compassionate leadership to her role.

She holds a Master of Holistic Psychotherapy and a Graduate Diploma in Trauma-Informed Psychotherapy, and is passionate about creating spaces where evolving consciousness, personal growth, and transformational learning can thrive.

A practising therapist based in Noosa, QLD, Logan balances her leadership with a grounded therapeutic presence. She is an active member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD) and brings governance experience to her executive role. Outside of work, she finds joy in martial arts and spending time with her husband and two children exploring Noosa’s rivers and beaches.

Li Hwan Watt, COO

MBA, BFin, GradDip Prof. Accounting

Li Hwan Watt is a seasoned academic leader with a strong track record in higher education management and strategic operations. She brings deep expertise in organisational leadership, team development, and the implementation of institutional goals, with a particular focus on collaborative planning and quality assurance.

Over the course of her career, Li Hwan has held a range of senior roles — including Chief Operating Officer, Registrar, Campus Manager, Compliance Manager, Executive Officer, and Project Manager — across both vocational and higher education settings. She is known for her hands-on approach to complex initiatives such as re-registration, course accreditation, CRICOS compliance, and internal audits.

Her recent leadership experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Southern Academy of Higher Education, where she played a pivotal role in establishing the institution as a newly registered higher education provider. Previously, she held the position of Higher Education Operations Manager and Deputy Head of Business School at Le Cordon Bleu Australia, overseeing national programs and leading quality assurance across multiple campuses.

Li Hwan holds an MBA and a Graduate Diploma in Professional Accounting from the University of South Australia, as well as a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Adelaide.

Dr Shuai Zheng, Dean

PhD

Dr Shuai Zheng is a highly respected higher education leader with deep expertise in curriculum design, accreditation, and educational compliance. He holds statutory and ministerial appointments with the Chinese Medicine Accreditation Committee (AHPRA) and the NSW Ministry of Health, contributing to national standards in clinical education and professional regulation.
A recognised innovator in health education, Dr Zheng led the accreditation of multiple undergraduate programs and pioneered Australia’s first telehealth clinic for Chinese medicine students. His leadership at the Australian College of Natural Medicine has seen student numbers grow to over 1,000 across six campuses, supported by a team of nearly 60 academics.
Dr Zheng is also an experienced educator and research supervisor, having taught and mentored thousands of students in Chinese medicine, nursing, and allied health. His public engagement spans articles, podcasts, radio, and national TV, advocating for accessible, future-focused health education.

Anne Miller

Anne Miller, Placement Officer

BE.d, GCertEd, GCertCounselling, M.Ed

Anne Miller is a counsellor, educator, and passionate advocate for holistic practice. Her journey into counselling began in the classroom, working as a teacher in both Montessori and Steiner settings. It was there that her interest in family dynamics deepened, as she observed how early relationships shape a child’s approach to learning and life. This led to her transition into counselling, where she now supports individuals and families in cultivating loving boundaries, self-awareness, and meaningful connection.
Anne holds qualifications in education and counselling, including a Master of Education, and is a 2020 graduate of the Metavision Institute. Her work bridges therapeutic and educational spheres, with a particular interest in inner development and the role of the inner life in teaching and caregiving.
Alongside her private counselling practice, Anne facilitates workshops and ceremonies that help people reconnect with their inner wisdom and spirit - guiding them to live in greater alignment with their values and deeper knowing. At Metavision, she coordinates placement units and teaches the Inner Work unit in the Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy (Holistic Practice). She also teaches in other university settings and continues to be inspired by Metavision’s commitment to soulful, human-centred education.

Kate Ibrahim, Administration Manager

With extensive experience in global business management and customer service, Kate Ibrahim brings a strong operational focus and a meticulous eye for detail to her role as Administration Manager at Metavision Institute. She previously ran a successful international company, overseeing day-to-day operations including accounts, sales, IT, and logistics. Her background also includes a variety of customer support roles across different countries, giving her a deep understanding of client needs and system efficiency. In addition to her role at Metavision, she runs a small business that supports and educates women. Her commitment to clear communication and practical solutions makes her an invaluable part of the team.

Deanne Reyes, Course

Holistic Counselling Teacher

With a diverse background in biomedical equipment management and a rich life experience raising five grown sons, Deanne Reyes brings depth, warmth, and wisdom to all she does. A passionate advocate for authentic communication and holistic living, Deanne approaches her work through a lens that integrates inner development with meaningful engagement in the world.
Deanne has been an integral part of the Metavision community since 2012, both as a graduate and a dedicated team member. She currently leads the Bridging Course, where she supports students in connecting deeply with themselves and their learning journey. Her qualifications include a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and she also runs her own private counselling practice, where she helps individuals navigate life's complexities with compassion and insight.
Guided by a commitment to inner work as a way of being, Deanne's practice is grounded in presence, purpose, and the belief that true transformation begins from within.

Elise Jeffcott,

Executive Business Partner

With more than 18 years of experience supporting senior leaders across tertiary education, healthcare, government, and the nonprofit sectors, Elise is a highly regarded strategic partner known for enhancing executive effectiveness and driving operational excellence.

Throughout her career, she has held roles such as Executive Business Partner, Executive Assistant, and Operations Project Coordinator, contributing to governance, policy development, stakeholder engagement, and board support.

Elise brings deep expertise in streamlining administrative systems, managing high-impact projects, and ensuring smooth communication between leadership teams and stakeholders. She oversees complex calendars, timetabling, and policy workflows, and facilitates governance processes through to final approval. With a sharp eye for follow-up and resolution, Elise plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations across executive and board functions.

Megan Wolfe, 

Admissions & Administration Coordinator

Megan has extensive experience in the Higher Education sector spanning across admissions, student support and administration, special circumstances, formal complaints, and conferrals. This has given her a strong understanding of the student journey from beginning to end. 

In her role as Admissions and Administration Coordinator at Metavision Institute, Megan supports prospective and current students with care, professionalism, and a student-centred approach. She is passionate about fostering a positive and supportive environment that sets students up for success.

Alongside her work in Higher Education, Megan volunteers as a Crisis Support Worker and is completing a Master of Counselling with the aim to continue working closely with students in ways that support both their academic and personal wellbeing throughout their study journey.

Jessica Bailey,

Desiree Woodward,

Compliance Manager

Desiree Woodward brings a breadth of experience in higher education operations, compliance, and administration to her role as Compliance Manager at Metavision Institute. With a career spanning operational, commercial, and compliance functions, Desiree has developed a deep understanding of the regulatory frameworks and institutional processes that underpin quality student experiences.

Prior to joining Metavision, Desiree spent nearly seven years as an Operations Manager in the higher education sector, where she led subject operations, admissions, student communications, compliance activities, capital works, and team development across a multi-intake delivery model. Earlier roles in student services and blended learning support further shaped her holistic perspective on institutional operations.

In her current role, Desiree leads Metavision's compliance and risk function, overseeing regulatory alignment with the Higher Education Standards Framework, ESOS Act, and National Code 2018, and managing the Institute's relationships with TEQSA and CRICOS. She holds a Bachelor of International Communication from Macquarie University, a Graduate Certificate in Business from Victoria University, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and brings a practical, people-centred approach to the important work of keeping Metavision's operations accountable, transparent, and student-focused.
