The Metavision Model

A holistic framework for healing, learning, and transformation.

At the heart of Metavision lies a deeply integrative model — one that sees the human being as a whole, not a sum of parts. Our approach honours the dynamic interplay of body, mind, soul, and spirit, grounded in both ancient wisdom and emerging science.

A Model That Mirrors Life Itself

The Metavision Model is not a rigid set of tools – it’s a living, evolving framework for understanding and supporting the full complexity of the human experience.

We recognise that human beings are always in motion – emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually. This model meets people in that unfolding, seeing each person as a process, not a problem.

Rather than aiming to fix symptoms in isolation, we honour them as meaningful expressions of deeper inner movements, signposts guiding us toward greater self-awareness and integration.

The more you bring awareness to the movements of your mind, body, and emotions, the closer you come to the truth of who you are – and the more life begins to flow with meaning, congruence, and purpose.

The Metavision Model - The Metavision Model is not a set of rigid techniques — it is a living framework for understanding and supporting the full complexity of the human experience.

Everything Is In Relationship

In the Metavision Model, the mind, body, and emotions are not separate systems. They are in constant interaction, internally with each other, and externally with the environment.

A thought can spark a physical response. A feeling can shift the way we see the world. What we carry in our bodies can shape how we relate to others.

Healing, therefore, is not a linear act – it’s relational, contextual, and dynamic. When practitioners begin to read the subtle conversation between sensation, emotion, and thought, they’re able to support deeper insight and connection in the therapeutic space.

In the Metavision Model, the role of the facilitator is to co-create a sacred space – a crucible for transformation – where presence, process, and a drop of love guide what unfolds. This work changes both the participant and the practitioner, whether in a one-on-one session or an organisational setting

Returning to Inner Wisdom

The heart of the Metavision approach is presence, and the belief that each person holds within them the wisdom they need to heal and grow.

By learning to listen to the body, to dreams, to the quiet signals of the psyche, we begin to access layers of meaning often overlooked. Symptoms are no longer barriers, but messengers. Discomfort becomes an invitation.

Through this lens, therapy becomes not just a space of care, but a sacred process of remembering, reweaving, and returning to wholeness.

The Metavision Model draws from Process Oriented Psychology, Rudolf Steiner’s spiritual science, and the ancient wisdom of Chinese medicine – all woven together and supported by the new sciences of neuropsychology, biology, and quantum physics.

We Are Not Separate From What We Observe

Modern science is catching up with what ancient wisdom traditions have long known: we are not passive observers of the world, we are active participants in it.

For centuries, the dominant scientific paradigm treated humans as detached, objective observers. It broke the world into parts, measured them, and drew conclusions from a safe distance. But the new sciences – including quantum physics and systems thinking – reveal something radically different: that the very act of observing changes what is observed. We are always in relationship with what we encounter.

This insight is central to the Metavision Model.

In our paradigm, the facilitator and the client are not separate. They co-create the field of transformation. Each influences the other, and both are shaped by a deeper organising principle – the unseen intelligence that moves through every therapeutic encounter.

Some call it Spirit. Others, the Dreaming. Einstein called it “the Old One.” Whatever name we give it, this force reminds us that healing is not just about what we do, it’s about how we are with ourselves, with each other, and with life.

This is why, at Metavision, personal and professional development are inseparable. As you grow your awareness, you expand your capacity to hold space for others. As you evolve, so does your work.
